From global analytics platforms to next-generation AI-enabled experiences, BI&A is shaping the future of enterprise decision-making.
As BI&A continues to evolve, so does the way we engage with our partners within the firm. As a Global Business Partner, you'll play a key role in scaling BI&A's strategic business partnership capability by serving as the trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of internal partners. You'll build strong relationships, help stakeholders navigate ambiguity, and connect business challenges with the right BI&A capabilities while contributing to a consistent, consultative engagement model across the organization.
Success in this role comes from building trusted partnerships, understanding business priorities, and helping stakeholders identify the right combination of analytics, AI, automation, products, services, and technology capabilities to achieve their goals. You'll independently manage a portfolio of business relationships while partnering closely with the Global Business Partner Director on BI&A's most strategic enterprise engagements, helping shape a new capability while accelerating your own professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of internal partners, developing trusted relationships and a deep understanding of their business priorities, objectives, and operating models.
- Act as a consultative advisor by helping stakeholders evaluate business challenges and recommending the most effective combination of analytics, AI, automation, products, services, and technology capabilities.
- Facilitate prioritization, roadmap planning, and capability discussions that align business needs with BI&A strategy and enterprise priorities.
- Partner closely with delivery leaders, architects, and technical teams to ensure business priorities are clearly understood and translated into actionable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement by bringing together the right BI&A expertise to solve business challenges and drive alignment across teams.
- Communicate priorities, dependencies, trade-offs, and recommendations with clarity, transparency, and credibility.
- Apply BI&A's consultative engagement model to strengthen stakeholder partnerships, improve business outcomes, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement, relationship management practices, and operating processes as the Global Business Partnership capability continues to mature.
- Partner with the Global Business Partner Director on the firm's most strategic and complex initiatives while independently owning and growing your portfolio of business relationships.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience facilitating prioritization, roadmap planning, portfolio discussions, or similar strategic planning activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience building trusted relationships with business stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions while evaluating trade-offs across analytics, AI, automation, products, and services.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and guide stakeholders toward thoughtful, outcome-oriented decisions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and helping organizations leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Experience working collaboratively across business and technical teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Who You'll Work With
You'll join Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), a global team partnering across BCG to deliver data, analytics, automation, and AI-powered capabilities that enable better business decisions.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders across Client Team & Client View, Finance, Practice Area Operations, BCG X, Enterprise Services, and other enterprise functions to understand priorities, guide planning discussions, and strengthen BI&A's partnerships across the firm. You'll also work alongside BI&A leadership, architects, technical teams, and delivery leaders to connect business needs with scalable technology solutions.
As part of BI&A's Global Business Partnership capability, you'll play an important role in helping establish a consistent, consultative engagement model while building trusted partnerships that enable BI&A to deliver greater strategic value across the organization.
