About this role

We are looking for a motivated intern who is eager to gain practical experience and contribute to cooperation in the field of skilled migration between Indonesia and Germany , especially through the project ProRecognition .

ProRecognition is a consultation project for the recognition of foreign degrees with the goal of employment in Germany. It is aimed at skilled workers with vocational and academic qualifications outside of Germany. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) and coordinated by DIHK Service GmbH. ProRecognition was launched in 2015 and since 2024, it has also been implemented at the AHK Indonesia/EKONID.

Requirements

Requirements :

- Indonesian citizen
- Final-year student or recent graduate from any field of study
- German language proficiency at minimum B1 level
- English language proficiency written and oral
- Experience or knowledge in design ing social media content is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Interest in skilled migration from Indonesia to Germany

Key responsibilities :

- Support administrative processes, including maintaining and updating data in the CRM platform, preparing documentation, and assisting with daily project operations.
- Contribute to the development of social media channels (especially Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, generating creative ideas, and supporting communication activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, and webinars related to skilled workers and the German recognition system ( Anerkennung ), including participant coordination and event logistics.
- Collaborate with the project team on various activities and initiatives that promote awareness of career opportunities and professional recognition in Germany.
