About this role

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.

The project:

At Mace, our purpose is to redefine the boundaries of ambition. Within our Consult business, we combine practical expertise, project delivery consultancy and digital capability to unlock value for our clients and communities.

The role will initially support the AMI programme, while remaining deployable across other clients, sectors and business areas.

The successful candidate will help turn complex information and business requirements into practical, secure and repeatable solutions. The role is intentionally broad and is not restricted to AMI, metering, GIS or the construction sector. •    Develop and maintain dashboards, management information and client reporting using Power BI or comparable platforms.
•    Use Excel, Power Query, SQL and database principles to create reliable and repeatable data processes.
•    Support the design of data models, integrations, controlled datasets and scalable reporting structures.

•    Prepare clear reports, presentations, visualisations, procedures, user guidance and training material.
•    Support project teams with digital systems, data quality, governance, security, documentation and auditability.
•    Contribute to proposals, demonstrations, case studies, reusable methods and the wider Digital Centre of Excellence.
•    Work across multiple commissions, sectors and subject areas as business needs develop.
•    Contribute to responsible business and net zero objectives through the appropriate use of data and digital solutions.
•    Typical technology and capability areas
