Position Summary
Huntleigh USA is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented FT Cabin Cleaner to join our team at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) . The Cabin Cleaner is responsible for supporting Huntleigh USA's commitment to providing exceptional service to airline passengers by maintaining clean, safe, and orderly aircraft interiors.
This role ensures aircraft are properly sanitized, free of prohibited items, and ready for passenger use while maintaining compliance with Huntleigh USA, airline, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) safety and security requirements. The Cabin Cleaner delivers professional, courteous, and attentive service while performing thorough cleaning and inspections of aircraft interiors.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform vacuuming, wiping, trash removal, and other related cleaning duties throughout aircraft interiors.
- Assist with the disposal of trash and the proper organization of cleaning supplies.
- Conduct thorough aircraft searches as trained, inspecting all required areas each time.
- Remain alert to hazards that could cause accidents or injuries and report observations to supervisors.
- Follow all safety precautions, especially when using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Comply with all TSA aircraft search requirements and processes.
- Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual events while cleaning or securing aircraft.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all uniform, safety, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, and access all areas of aircraft interiors.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Work may require assistance with moving supplies or equipment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass an FBI background check for airport badge clearance.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Aircraft cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of safety requirements and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Physical capability to handle equipment, reach all areas of the aircraft interior, and maintain mobility throughout a shift.
