Role Purpose
As a Sales Consultant at Leroy Merlin, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers discover products and solutions that are their needs while creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing customer loyalty.

Qualification and Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a customer-focused role.
- Skilled in sales techniques, negotiation, and rapport building.
- Knowledge of home improvement products is an asset.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High level of accuracy and focus on detail, especially when managing displays and inventory.
