Senior SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant with at least 7 years of hands-on SAP Materials Management experience .
The role requires hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM configuration, procurement, master data, inventory management, goods receipt, invoicing, pricing, and release strategies .
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP MM and WM solutions.
- Analyze current client business processes and recommend SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP MM/WM functionality based on business needs.
- Provide ongoing SAP ERP application and production support within large client environments.
- Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP functional and system issues.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical/functional SAP teams.
- Develop and support system modifications and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Guide end users on SAP transactions, processes, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with business teams to understand priorities and address functional requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support level while keeping users informed of progress.
- Monitor application processes and identify potential system or business-process issues.
- Research similar incidents or known problems and recommend applicable resolutions.
- Route unresolved issues to the appropriate technical or functional support teams.
- Understand and support interfaces, integrations, and batch jobs related to SAP processes.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to support end-to-end integration across modules.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems , or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP MM functional experience .
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SAP ERP within large-scale client environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM configuration and customization .
- SAP WM functional/configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of Materials Management and associated business processes.

- Strong understanding of key integration points between SAP MM/WM and other SAP modules .
- Ability to analyze cross-functional issues and coordinate with the appropriate SAP functional or technical teams.
- Understanding of end-to-end ERP processes and their impact across different functional areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation .
- Experience working in large, complex SAP environments.
- Experience supporting global or enterprise-level business users.
- Exposure to SAP implementation, enhancement, and production-support projects.
