Guest Relations Ambassador | Palm Jumeirah Resort
Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a warm and professional Guest Relations Ambassador to join a resort on Palm Jumeirah. The successful candidate will welcome guests, assist with their requests and help create a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests and information about the resort.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
- Support the delivery of a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Respond to guest feedback and help resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous guest relations or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, well-presented and flexible to work shifts.
- Open to relocating to Dubai.
- Russian or Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month, plus service charge.
- Shared accommodation, with two employees per room.
- Transportation provided.
- One day off per week.
