Pool and Beach Concierge

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- To issue and distribute towels to Members and Guests for use around the Swimming  Pool and Club Beach.

- To Clean sauna daily.

- To Clean entrance to Ice Cream Parlor.

- Maintain the cleanliness of all Pool/Cabana furniture and umbrellas.

- To clean and maintain all sidewalk and pathway in and around swimming pool.

- To ensure all towel report sheets are completed on a daily basis.

- During peak periods set up all beach equipment between Room 51 and Cottage 101.

- To assist with clerical duties in Swimming Pool Office.

- To set-up cabanas as per Club standard upon reporting for duty.

- To always wear the proper uniforms provided by the Club.

- To ensure that during operational hours the pool concierge is available to Members and Guests at all times.

- To issue beach towels throughout the day, following towel procedure.

- To ensure that at the end of shift all towels are returned to Pool.

- To maintain the cleanliness of all beach equipment including cabanas, lounge chairs, beach benches, sand chairs.

- To ensure that equipment is properly functioning and report all malfunctioning equipment to Supervisor.

- To maintain cleanliness of the area between Room 51 and Cottage 101 at all times. This area must be free of litter.

- To assist with the covering and uncovering of Swimming Pool.

- To be responsible for bringing any items left around Pool and on The Beach, i.e. lost and found to Pool Office.

- Clean Junior Club Room Daily.

- To ensure that improper behavior does not occur on Club Beach.

- To close-up beach and secure all equipment in the proper storage areas.

- To move all equipment to higher ground when advised by Lifeguard/Pool and Beach Manager.

- To clean swimming pool entrance and Pool Restaurant awning weekly.

- To clean playground equipment.

- To clean Cabana Bar windows.

- To clean plastic restaurant blinds.

- To clean restaurant tables, chairs and cushions.

- To clean cashiers work station.

- To clean hostess workstation.

- To clean restaurant, Cabana Bar and Cabana ceiling fans.

- To clean all woodwork in restaurant & Pool Department.

- To clean and set-up Pool Office.

- To clean Swimming Pool Chaise Lounge Cushions.

- To spot clean ceiling in Pool Restaurant.

- To clean all walls and picture frames.

- To perform other duties assigned by Pool and Beach Manager.
