Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes Create work instructions, tooling, and fixtures Support new product introduction and engineering changes Troubleshoot production issues and improve yields Collaborate with design engineering and quality teams Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years manufacturing engineering experience Experience with electronics, microelectronics, or RF assemblies Strong problem?solving and process development skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferred
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $110,000.00 - $160,000.00
