We are looking for two motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Order Selectors. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise selection and preparation of inventory for shipment. Success in this position requires a focus on safety, team collaboration, and maintaining a high standard of organization within the facility.

Primary Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull products from inventory according to digital or printed pick lists.
Quality Control: Double-check all items against order documentation to ensure 100% accuracy.
Packaging: Securely pack and prep outgoing orders to prevent damage during transit.
Logistics Prep: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels and necessary documentation to all parcels.
Equipment Operation: Safely utilize warehouse packaging machinery and tools as required.
Space Maintenance: Keep work zones, aisles, and storage areas tidy and free of debris.
Receiving Support: Help inspect and process incoming freight for quality and quantity.
Team Coordination: Work closely with colleagues to ensure all daily shipping deadlines are met.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies while handling materials and equipment.
Reporting: Promptly notify leadership of any damaged goods or inventory errors.
Documentation: Track and record daily packing metrics, including item counts and shipping specifics.
General Support: Execute additional warehouse tasks as directed by management.

Candidate Qualifications
Experience: Prior background in a warehouse, picking, or packing environment is preferred.
Precision: A keen eye for detail to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly the first time.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items of various sizes and weights throughout the shift.
Technical Skill: Comfortable operating basic packaging equipment and machinery safely.
Organization: Strong ability to manage inventory flow and keep track of multiple orders.
Communication: Clear verbal skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
Numeracy: Proficiency in basic math for accurate inventory counting and verification.
