As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of individuals by assisting with personal care and promoting independence in a respectful and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance clients social and emotional well-being.
- Monitor clients health and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Document care and maintain accurate records as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a caregiving or support role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
