### About the Role
PrideStaff is partnering with an established local hotel and resort property team to find dependable Vineyard Assistants. In this seasonal role, you will provide essential support for vineyard operations.
### What You Will Do
Inspect and clean fruit to remove damaged or rotten grapes, then pack clusters into picking lugs. Load and dump picking lugs into larger transport bins and stage crates for transport. Wash, clean, and dry tools daily.
### What You Will Bring
If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to safely and effectively operate small hand tools. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods in varying outdoor weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, time management, and a collaborative team attitude.
