Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to manage daily inventory logging, shipment receipts, and stockroom operations.
Note on Key Requirement: Strong computer literacy is essential for this role. Candidates must possess fast, accurate keyboard and mouse navigation skills to log inventory and shipments efficiently without extensive technical training.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Logging: Use computer systems, keyboards, and handheld devices to log incoming/outgoing shipments, receipts, and returns accurately and without errors.
Inventory Control & Quality Assurance: Perform regular inventory counts, verify part numbers against documentation, and inspect shipments to catch damaged goods or mismatched items.
Receiving & Stocking: Unload shipments, organize stockrooms, and stage products efficiently to ensure items are easy to locate.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Work quickly to pack and fulfill orders under tight deadlines, especially during peak shipping windows.
Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom environment while strictly adhering to workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (fast, accurate typing and seamless mouse navigation).
Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs), stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive material handling tasks.
Basic Math & Detail Focus: Strong basic math skills with exceptional attention to detail when verifying part numbers and quantities.
Reliability: Excellent record of punctual attendance, strong time management, and a high sense of urgency under tight deadlines.
