Responsibilities
- Execute routine analytical testing using established methods, including UV/Vis-based assays (including SoloVPE), ELISA, UPLC/HPLC, and CE-SDS to support analytical development programs.
- Perform analytical testing in support of large molecule and biologics development, ensuring high-quality, reliable data generation.
- Accurately record, compile, and report analytical data in accordance with organizational standards and laboratory best practices.
- Document all experimental work, procedures, observations, and results in electronic laboratory notebooks in a clear and organized manner.
- Maintain, clean, and care for analytical instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify, document, and report instrument or equipment issues that require troubleshooting or repair, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Follow established laboratory protocols, analytical methods, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with analytical development and protein chemistry teams to support ongoing projects and method execution.
- Apply knowledge of protein chemistry and protein analysis to interpret results and support method execution.
- Support continuous improvement of laboratory practices by adhering to good documentation practices and maintaining a well-organized work area.
Essential Skills
