About this role

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring the effective integration of processes, the execution and follow-up of internal and external audits, the management of performance indicators, risks, and corrective actions, as well as conducting Management Reviews to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and the organization's continuous improvement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field completed.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Experience in management systems administration or as a management systems auditor.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Integrated Management Systems; additional certifications or expertise will be considered an asset.
• Continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must understand the following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) elements: hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, basic legal compliance in OHS, worker participation, and consultation.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, document management systems, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Skills: Cross-functional leadership, audit management, data analysis, organizational influence, effective communication, facilitation of productive meetings, training and coaching, technical writing, change management, and adaptability.
• Competencies: Systems thinking, commitment to delivering a positive internal customer experience, continuous improvement mindset, objectivity, organization, attention to detail, proactivity, resilience, conflict resolution aligned with BRP Leadership Fundamentals, and strong adherence to BRP culture and values .
