About this role

POSITION OBJECTIVE

- Manage and oversee all aspects of Logistics and Distribution of Finish goods to all Mexican Delaers. Planning daily operation and having in consideration, efficency of the routes, rates and custom service

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES

- Coordinate daily operation with carriers, Distribution Center staff, customs, planning and sales team - Coordinate and maintain rate of direct to dealer shipments to increase Logistic savings - Arrange ground transportation suppliers, to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments - Responding and follow up of Dealers inquiries related to transportation affairs.
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Control, freight cost per unit in daily shipments
- Supervise and support of creation of bills, invoices and shipping documents
- Work with shipping team to maintain accuracy of finish goods in shipping yard
- Plan and track Shipping schedule according to customers requirments
- Design and optimize routes to deliver finish good efficiently and at lower cost possible - Work with carriers to maintain invoice accrual promptly
- Analyze distribution system in order to find oppurtunities of improvement and develope processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized and reduce transportation cost - Follow BRP values and behaviors
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics. - Enforce Quality BRP policy
- Ensure a good work environment by following up the Officevibe tool

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Previous Logistic and transportation experience
- Use to work in fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Engineer
- At least, 5 years of experience in Logistic and Distribution
