Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-Time Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill set Schedule: 5 days per week. Rotating AM/PM shifts and every other Saturday

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and calming voice our clients can count on. As one of the first points of contact—both in person and over the phone—you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every client and patient who comes through our doors.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll help keep the front desk organized and ensure clients feel supported from their first phone call through the end of their visit. You’ll:
- Warmly greet clients and check in patients
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
- Process payments and handle invoices
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and their pets’ needs
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Assist with administrative responsibilities
- Support the veterinary team as needed to help keep the day running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with organization, dependability, and a genuine love for animals. You’ll bring:
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A dependable and detail-oriented approach
- The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to support the people who care for them
- Comfort working with computers and learning veterinary software systems
- Availability to work some evening and weekend shifts
- A professional and compassionate approach to client communication
