🚀 What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. 🔹 Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger . 🔹 Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations , identifying and resolving discrepancies. 🔹 Support customer billing, revenue recognition, progress billing, and FCO billing activities. 🔹 Assist with month-end close , preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. 🔹 Maintain financial data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and proper coding. 🔹 Prepare invoice support packages and customer billing documentation. 🔹 Process payroll-related journal entries and support job costing initiatives. 🔹 Track purchase orders and assist with expense management processes. 🔹 Partner with the accounting team on financial reporting, audits, process improvements, and special projects.

What We're Looking For
1-2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related experience. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including:
- Journal Entries
- General Ledger Maintenance
- Account Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting Support
Experience working within accounting software or ERP systems ( Sage Intacct experience is a plus). Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required. Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
