🩺 What You'll Do
💚 Provide direct nursing care to patients in a safe and secure correctional setting
💚 Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders
💚 Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
💚 Respond to routine and urgent healthcare needs
💚 Recognize changes in patient condition and take appropriate action
💚 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
💚 Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team
💚 Provide professional, compassionate care while maintaining appropriate boundaries
Qualifications
📋 What We're Looking For
✔️ Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
✔️ Current CPR certification
✔️ Previous correctional healthcare or nursing experience preferred, but not required
✔️ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
✔️ Dependable and professional approach to patient care
✔️ Commitment to providing quality healthcare in a secure environment
