Qualifications
What Youll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions, symptoms, and progress
- Complete accurate assessments and nursing documentation
- Administer medications according to provider orders and nursing standards
- Carry out treatment plans and provide follow-up care
- Respond confidently to medical emergencies and changing patient needs
- Use strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe, quality care
