Southern Health Partners is launching a new correctional healthcare program at Worth County Jail , and were looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse MTA to help us build a strong, compassionate healthcare team from day one.

This is more than stepping into an established position. Youll be part of launching a new SHP healthcare program and helping set the standard for quality patient care at Worth County Jail.
π©Ί What Youll Do
As a Registered Nurse MTA, youll provide essential healthcare services to patients within the secure correctional setting while working alongside the SHP healthcare team.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct patient care and nursing services
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Completing assessments, documentation, and follow-up care
- Monitoring patient conditions and recognizing changes in health status
- Collaborating with medical providers and the healthcare team
- Responding to patient healthcare needs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Supporting continuity of care within the correctional healthcare environment
- Helping establish efficient workflows and a strong culture of care as the new site launches

Qualifications
π Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, professional patient care
- Ability to work within a secure correctional environment
- Must be dependable and prepared to help support the launch of a new healthcare program
