About this role

Job Title: Construction Manager Job Description The Construction Manager oversees and manages construction projects from inception to completion. This role monitors project execution, including monitoring and reporting on the project's schedule, budget, scope, and quality. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the daily construction activities and provide inputs to the schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular field site inspections or walkdowns to ensure quality and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site supervisors, project team, and sub/general contractors.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project team members and senior management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 12 to 14 years of construction management or related experience.
- Experience leading large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safe working practices.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Construction Manager (CCM), OSHA Certification, related construction management certifications.

Work Environment This position involves working in a project-based construction environment with frequent site visits and inspections. The role requires a combination of office work and active involvement on construction sites. Typically, you will interface with project managers, engineering teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, general contractors, internal stakeholders, and leadership.

This is a Contract position based out of Whitestown, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
