University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Caregiver to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to appropriate personnel
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal caregiving or related field is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Ability to pass background checks
