University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Chesterfield Township, MI. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or needs to supervisory staff.
- Follow personalized care plans to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to clients unique needs.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
