University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Assistant to provide personalized care and support to clients in their residences. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring client comfort, and promoting independence within their home environment. The ideal candidate will be attentive, trustworthy, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Help with medication reminders and monitor clients health conditions.

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisory staff.

- Respect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.

- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and patient.

- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.

- Willingness to undergo background checks.
