Industrial Engineering Analyst
This Industrial Engineering Analyst role supports continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. You will focus on capturing and documenting manufacturing processes through video recordings and observational studies to support time studies, workflow analysis, and process optimization. You will also assist with light manufacturing improvement projects, data collection, and documentation activities that enable informed decisions about capacity and capital expansion. Responsibilities
- Record and document manufacturing processes using video and observational methods to support time studies and process evaluations.
- Gather, organize, and maintain production and workflow data to support analysis and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to understand process flows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with updating process documentation, work instructions, and project records to ensure they remain accurate and current.
- Participate in entry-level manufacturing and process improvement projects as assigned, contributing to efficiency and quality enhancements.
- Use collected time study data to support the development of capacity calculators that inform capital expansion planning.
Essential Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately capture and document processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and data sets.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and interact professionally with production employees at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to operate a camera (such as a GoPro) to record manufacturing processes.
- General basic computer skills, including data entry, file organization, and use of productivity tools.
- Demonstrated interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

- Familiarity with bills of material (BOM) and related documentation.
- Comfort working with data to support capacity planning and capital expansion initiatives.
Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing plant that is experiencing significant, sustained growth, driven by increasing power requirements for domestic and international data center development. You will work on-site in a production environment and spend time on the shop floor observing and recording processes. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The work involves using cameras (such as GoPro devices), computers, and Microsoft Office tools to document processes and analyze data. The environment emphasizes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collaboration with production teams to support capacity planning and future facility expansion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
