Electrical Systems Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Systems Engineer Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer responsible for managing multi-part systems, including board-level interfaces, harness design, and specification writing. This role involves working on the development of cooling systems for aircraft, ensuring effective interconnection and communication between various components such as valves, controllers, sensors, and data acquisition systems. The engineer will collaborate with project managers to ensure proper documentation, create test plans, and facilitate a seamless transition to manufacturing. Responsibilities

- Manage multi-part systems including board-level interfaces and harness design.
- Write specifications for boards and ensure proper testing according to specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to document requirements and develop test plans.
- Ensure effective interconnection and communication between components like valves, controllers, and sensors.
- Oversee and manage electrical assemblies and coordinate with cross-disciplinary groups.
- Write specifications and conduct analysis at the system level.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
