As a Workers Compensation Assistant Consultant , you'll support the efficient and compliant management of workers compensation claims by completing key administrative and regulatory activities across the claim lifecycle. Working closely with Claims Consultants, you'll process documentation, maintain accurate claim records, manage workflows and help ensure legislative and scheme requirements are met. Your role is essential in delivering positive outcomes for injured workers, employers and other stakeholders.

You'll initially work from the office during training, benefiting from hands-on support and structured learning. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Boorloo (Perth) commencing 16 November 2026 .

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end administration of workers compensation claims, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Process forms, payments, correspondence and regulatory notifications within required timeframes.

• Manage task queues and workflows to ensure claims progress efficiently and compliantly.

• Provide administrative and telephone support to Claims Consultants, including file updates and follow-up actions.

• Maintain data accuracy and identify potential compliance risks, errors or missing information.

• Build positive relationships with workers, employers, brokers, medical providers and other stakeholders.

• Deliver professional, customer-focused service while contributing to a positive team culture.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in administration, processing or operational support roles

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documentation and systems.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Confidence using technology and navigating multiple systems, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional customer service approach.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to team success.
