Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), 8AM - 4PM
Pay Range: $17 - $19 hr
Location: Midlothian, Texas, 76065

Education:
– A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
– Most training is provided on the job.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
– Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
– Comfort working in environments that may be warm, cold, or noisy

Basic Skills:
– Basic math skills
– Ability to read and understand labels, pick lists, and work instructions
– Ability to follow processes and procedures

Experience ( Helpful but Not Required ):
– Retail stocking, manufacturing, general labor
– Shipping/receiving experience
– Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts

Certifications ( Preferred but Not Required ):
– Forklift certification
– OSHA or safety-related training
– Equipment operation experience (pallet jacks, RF scanners)

Soft Skills:
– Reliability and strong attendance
– Teamwork and communication
– Attention to detail
– Safety awareness
