Compensation: $30-$35 per hour
1st Shift Monday -Friday
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a growing production and distribution organization to find a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician[cite: 1, 14]. In this role, you will support the upkeep of manufacturing machinery, warehouse operations, and office facilities through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
What you will do:
Perform routine preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse equipment.
Complete general building repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and fixture upkeep.
Ensure full OSHA compliance, maintain organized maintenance records, and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.

High school diploma or equivalent experience with a strong background in general, facilities, or industrial equipment maintenance.
Working knowledge of basic mechanical systems, hand/power tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
