Logistics Coordinator (Entry-Level)

### What You'll Do
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the movement of international shipments while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and timely updates throughout the shipping process. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
- Track shipment activity and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Process shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of records, data entry, and operational systems.
- Prepare and distribute required shipping and customs-related documentation.
- Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and shipment-related administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, solution-oriented support.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and government regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the team in meeting service standards and performance goals.
- Learn and develop expertise in global transportation, supply chain management, and logistics operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications
- Internship experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or business environments.
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, freight, import/export, or supply chain concepts.
- Prior administrative, data entry, or customer support experience.
- Military service experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
