About this role

Job Title: Investor Accountant Job Description We are looking for an experienced Investor Accounting Senior Analyst to join our team. The role requires providing advanced performance in the collection, movement, remitting, and reporting of cash transactions. The successful candidate will support the Agency Servicing Department by delivering timely reports and developing recommendations aligned with industry trends and investor requirements. Responsibilities

- Perform daily cash management activities.
- Reconcile and process remittance reporting, resolving differences through loan-level research.
- Process purchase and securitization of loans in the accounting system.
- Provide ad hoc reports to management, investors, borrowers, and others as requested.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and policies and procedures.
- Audit data and ensure integrity within our servicing software, Precision.
- Support audit and compliance activities as needed.
- Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by management.

Essential Skills

- Three or more years of experience in accounting, servicing, or mortgage banking.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or real estate preferred.
- Experience with investor requirements of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae/HUD/FHA, CMBS, and Life Companies is a plus.
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with SOX guidelines and compliance.
- Highly advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in data entry, clerical, and customer service.
- Administrative support and filing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment The position is based in our St. Paul, MN office with a flexible shift from Monday to Friday, operating between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The work environment includes employee parking, and interviews may be conducted virtually or in-person.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
