About this role
This Technical Recruiter role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across Oil & Gas and Marine businesses within the broader Power & Energy segment. You will manage end-to-end hiring for a wide range of positions, including production, engineering, management, sales, marketing, and other business support roles throughout North America. The position typically supports 2030 active requisitions at a time and may assist additional Power & Energy divisions as hiring needs fluctuate. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans aligned with business needs.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and tools.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet technical and non-technical job requirements.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate all stages of the interview process.
- Manage offer preparation, including compiling offer details, facilitating approvals, and ensuring accuracy.
- Lead offer negotiations with candidates and drive closing activities to secure successful hires.
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
- Participate in talent acquisition team meetings and staffing discussions to stay aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing processes from intake through offer acceptance.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical, engineering, skilled trades, manufacturing, technology, or commercial roles.
- Proficiency in full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.
- Strong ability to understand technical job requirements and identify qualified talent across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms and tools.
- Experience developing and nurturing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
- Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams.
Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Irving, TX, working from an assigned workspace alongside other Talent Acquisition team members in a collaborative campus environment. The location offers covered parking for convenient access, an onsite restaurant and coffee shop for daily meals and breaks, and a fitness center that supports employee wellness. The campus is situated near a variety of restaurants and shopping options, providing additional amenities before or after work hours. The environment is professional, office-based, and focused on partnership and collaboration within the broader Power & Energy recruiting team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
