Visa is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Services & People Analytics to join our CoE team, supporting data-driven insights across People and Corporate Services domains. This team sits at the intersection of workforce strategy & corporate services, helping translate complex organizational data into clear insights that inform business decisions. This role will primarily focus on support for corporate services (real estate, safety & security, culinary and more).

In this role, the Analyst will provide hands-on analytics, reporting, visualization, and data management support for global and regional stakeholders. The role will help build and maintain dashboards, prepare recurring reports, investigate data quality issues, support stakeholder requests, and contribute to analytics products that improve how leaders access and use data. They will need to be automation-forward and skilled with Microsoft PowerBI.

This is a client-facing role that requires curiosity, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys solving business problems, and is excited to develop expertise in analytics, visualization, automation, and corporate services reporting.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools, to support everyday work, improve productivity, and explore new ways of delivering insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data, Analytics, and Partnership

- Support global and regional stakeholders by analyzing people and corporate services data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with internal clients to understand business questions, reporting needs, and opportunities to use data to improve decision-making.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports that help stakeholders understand trends, risks, opportunities, and performance across Corporate Services and related People domains.
- Extract, review, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, answer business questions, and support recommendations.
- Help investigate and reconcile data issues by researching discrepancies, validating source data, and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support analyses related to workforce trends, corporate services operations, service delivery, employee experience, location strategy, capacity planning, resource allocation, and other business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across People Analytics, Corporate Services (primary), Finance, People Business Partners, Talent, Inclusion, and other stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to stakeholder meetings by preparing materials, documenting requirements, sharing updates, and supporting follow-up actions.
- Provide analytical and technical support to internal stakeholders, including basic enablement or training on dashboards, reports, and analytics products.
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to make reporting more useful, efficient, consistent, and scalable.

Visualization, Reporting, and Automation

- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other AI-forward analytics platforms .
- Develop clear visualizations that make complex data easier for stakeholders to understand and use.
- Support the creation of executive-ready reporting materials, including slides, summaries, dashboards, and data narratives.
- Maintain recurring reporting processes and help improve automation where possible.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data, build models, summarize findings, and support stakeholder deliverables.
- Leverage Generative AI and automation tools, where appropriate, to improve efficiency, documentation, code generation, analysis, and reporting workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data definitions, business rules, and recurring processes.
- Support dashboard adoption by helping stakeholders understand how to access, interpret, and use analytics products.

Data Management, Quality, and Governance

- Pull, transform, and organize data from primary and secondary data sources, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Use SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis, manipulation, validation, and automation, where applicable.
- Perform quality assurance on data, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder deliverables.
- Support data governance practices by following established standards for data privacy, accuracy, security, documentation, and appropriate use.
- Help maintain consistent data definitions, reporting logic, and process documentation across analytics products.
- Support data warehouse and reporting enhancement efforts by documenting requirements, testing outputs, and validating data accuracy.
- Assist with designing and improving data processes, from data collection and storage to reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence (Microsoft Power BI).
- Proficiency with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage own projects and timelines under guidance of Director
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3 years or more of experience in analytics, business intelligence, HR analytics, people analytics, corporate services analytics, workforce analytics, operations analytics, finance analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with HR, workforce, corporate services, operations, facilities, travel, procurement, employee experience, or service delivery data.
- Familiarity with Workday, Power BI, SQL, Python, or cloud/data warehouse environments.
- Experience creating dashboards, recurring reports, data visualizations, and executive-facing presentations.
- Experience with data quality review, process documentation, or reporting governance.
- Comfort using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to improve productivity and analytical workflows.
- Strong partnership mindset and ability to work collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
