About the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to support a growing last-mile delivery network by managing a portfolio of delivery partners across the region. In this role, you'll build strong relationships, drive partner success, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure a smooth delivery experience.This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who enjoys account management, problem-solving, data analysis, and relationship building in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of delivery partners and serve as their primary point of contact Drive successful partner onboarding, performance, and long-term retention Review performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve results Coach partners on operational best practices and quality standards Monitor trends, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions Resolve escalated issues by partnering with internal operations and support teams Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and the overall partner experience Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements Maintain regular communication with partners through phone, email, and virtual meetings
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of Account Management, Sales, or Client Success experience
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting operations, logistics, or service-based environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Process improvement or project management experience

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
