Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping duties and errands
- Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to supervisory staff or healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ypsilanti, MI
- Passion for helping others and a compassionate attitude
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required
