Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and company policies accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Canton, MI
- Pass background checks
