Assist technicians during preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Arrange and provide tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance materials as instructed.

Assist in dismantling and assembling equipment under the supervision of authorized personnel.

Support maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other plant equipment.

Assist with cleaning, lubrication, and routine inspection of equipment as assigned.

Help technicians carry out replacement of gaskets, bolts, nuts, and other components under supervision.

Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in designated locations.

Inform the supervisor about damaged tools, equipment leakage, unusual noise, or unsafe conditions.

B. Preventive and breakdown maintenance assistance
Support technicians during scheduled preventive maintenance.

Help arrange tools and materials before starting maintenance work.

Assist in shifting and positioning maintenance materials using approved manual-handling practices.

Support equipment cleaning and preparation before and after maintenance.

Assist with the collection and return of tools and unused spare parts.

Help maintain the work area during breakdown and repair activities.

Follow instructions from the technician or supervisor and report completion of assigned tasks.

C. API plant equipment support
Assist in maintenance activities involving reactors, pumps, centrifuges, nutsche filter dryers, heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, and utility equipment.

Support the handling of equipment components and maintenance consumables.

Help maintain cleanliness around process equipment to prevent contamination.

Ensure tools, nuts, bolts, cleaning materials, and other items are accounted for after maintenance.

Assist in equipment handover activities after maintenance is completed and authorized personnel have verified the equipment's condition.

D. Housekeeping and 5S
Maintain cleanliness in the engineering workshop, maintenance area, and assigned plant areas.

Keep tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials properly arranged.

Remove scrap materials and waste according to site procedures.

Ensure walkways, emergency exits, and access to safety equipment remain unobstructed.

Follow 5S practices: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

Clean the work area after maintenance activities.
