Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for skilled nursing in New Albany, IN at $18.00–$20.00/hour plus credit for experience and a shift differential on designated shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN are available. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

Schedule options:

- Weekday shifts or Friday–Sunday
- Day shift, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (12 hours), full-time and part-time

About the Role
As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing community, you’ll give residents daily hands-on care and support. You’ll work closely with nurses and families to keep residents comfortable, safe, and well cared for, and your work will make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

- Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Help with activities of daily living, monitor residents’ health, and document care
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Work closely with residents, families, and nursing staff to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for
- Communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and respond effectively to emergencies

What You’ll Need

- Active CNA certification (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of related experience preferred
