PRN Nurse

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring PRN nurses, both RNs and LPNs, for skilled nursing in New Albany, IN. Pay is $36.00/hour for RNs and $27.00/hour for LPNs, on 12-hour day or night shifts. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

Schedule: PRN, 12-hour shifts:

- Days: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Nights: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

- Give direct care to residents, including monitoring their condition, giving medications, taking vital signs, and documenting care
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out care plans that support residents’ physical, social, and mental well-being
- Make sure all care meets regulatory standards
- Help with staff training and take part in quality assurance
- Keep residents, families, and medical staff informed about changes in care

What You’ll Need

- Active Indiana RN or LPN license (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of related experience preferred
