Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing in New Albany, IN at $27.00–$31.00/hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time team members. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, including a Weekend Warrior Program. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

Pay: $27.00–$31.00/hour + incentives for nights and designated shifts
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for full-time team members

Location: New Albany, IN (in person)
Schedule options:

- Staff Nurse: mostly weekdays, with varying shift options
- Weekend Warrior Program: 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

About the Role
As an LPN in our Skilled Nursing community, you’ll provide high-quality, resident-centered care and build lasting relationships with residents and care teams. You’ll work closely with physicians, leadership, and the interdisciplinary team to keep residents safe and well.

What You’ll Do

- Provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Give medications and treatments following care plans
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Watch for changes in residents’ condition and update the care team
- Work with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain regulatory, safety, and quality standards

What You’ll Need

- Active Indiana LPN license or multi-state (compact) license (required)
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A commitment to resident-centered care
