What You’ll Do

- Lead the unit: manage daily clinical operations, support staff, and make sure residents get quality care
- Coach the team: supervise and mentor nursing staff, and give hands-on support as needed
- Oversee clinical care: manage resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
- Manage wound care: run the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring
- Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
- Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date

What You’ll Need

- Active RN or LPN license (required)
- 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience (required)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
