About this role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technical Architect to design, build, and improve cloud infrastructure and managed services across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, with expertise in cloud operations, operational design, infrastructure optimization, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational design, operational management, and continuous improvement of cloud environments centered on AWS and Azure.
- Infrastructure operation, configuration changes, incident response, and improvement activities in on-premises environments.
- Operational requirements definition, estimation, operational design, and promotion of operational transfer (transition) for new projects.
- Consideration of and implementation support for cloud-native solutions.
- Promotion of operational efficiency through the planning and implementation of automation solutions.
- Assessment of customer environments, issue analysis, and improvement proposals.
- Construction and deployment of Shared Delivery models and standard operational processes.
- Due diligence, operational handover, and client negotiation in IT outsourcing projects.
### Requirements
What are we looking for:
- Experience in designing, building, and operating AWS or Azure environments.
- Experience in operational design in public cloud environments.
- Practical experience with Windows Server or Linux environments.
- Experience in analyzing customer issues, promoting improvement proposals, and optimizing operations.
- Japanese: Fluent, with the ability to accurately and smoothly communicate complex business issues both orally and in writing.
- English: Conversational, with basic reading and writing skills, including the ability to hold everyday conversations, read and write simple texts, and understand and respond to basic business communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, or operation in on-premises environments.
- Experience using and operating PaaS services, such as databases and containers.
- Experience in operational automation using Python or Shell Script.
- Experience in infrastructure construction, system migration, and transition projects.
- Project leadership or team management experience.
- Experience collaborating with overseas members or working in English.
