About this role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technical Lead to drive cloud operations, infrastructure design, operational migration, and service improvement across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, with expertise in automation, standardization, and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational services and operational design for cloud environments, mainly AWS and Azure.
- Maintain and manage customer infrastructure environments, propose improvements, and carry out activities to improve operational quality.
- Perform operational estimation, operational design, operational migration planning, and migration support for new projects.
- Consider and provide implementation support for cloud-native solutions.
- Plan, implement, and promote automation solutions.
- Construct and deploy Shared Delivery models and standardized operational processes.
- Conduct assessment, due diligence, and transition support for IT outsourcing projects.
- Perform system operations, improvement activities, and incident response in on-premises environments.
- Support customer system operation transition planning and migration.
### Requirements
What are we looking for:
- Experience in operational design and operations in AWS or Azure environments.
- Experience in designing and building in public cloud environments.
- Experience in assessing customer environments and promoting improvement proposals and operational enhancements.
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation in Windows Server or Linux environments.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent. Able to accurately and smoothly communicate complex business issues both orally and in writing.
- English: Conversational, with basic reading and writing skills. Able to hold everyday conversations, read and write simple texts, and understand and respond to basic business communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation in on-premises environments.
- Experience in designing and operating in the PaaS domain, including databases and containers.
- Experience in GCP or OCI environments.
- Experience in implementing automation using Python, shell scripts, or similar technologies.
- Project lead or team management experience.
- Experience collaborating with overseas members.
