About this role
Challenger 604 Captain (PIC), typed and current, for Jet Access, a family-owned private aviation company (aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, flight training, FBO services and charter brokerage). Reports to the Chief Pilot.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the flight crew and execute operational control.
- Model safety culture and mentor First Officers.
- Conduct flight operations per company guidelines and regulatory standards (FAR Part 135/91).
- Provide premium client service and coordinate client requests.
- Review and maintain aircraft systems and records; coordinate with maintenance.
- Participate in international operations and customs coordination.
Base: Indianapolis Executive Airport (KTYQ), Zionsville, IN (Indianapolis area). Must be local within a 90-minute call-out. Relocation assistance: Yes.
Schedule: 8 on / 6 off; evening and weekend availability and on-call periods required. 100% travel. Full-time, exempt.
Pay: $200,000-$225,000/year, inclusive of the Flight Crew Variable Compensation Plan.
