Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Huntleigh USA is seeking professional, compassionate, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Assistants at STL Airport. In this role, you will provide essential support to passengers with disabilities and mobility challenges, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive travel experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide courteous, professional, and accommodating service to passengers requiring assistance.

- Escort passengers throughout the airport, including to and from gates, ticketing areas, and baggage claim.

- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning aircraft safely.

- Communicate effectively with passengers, airline personnel, and airport staff.

- Provide directions and assistance to passengers with mobility needs.

- Remain knowledgeable of airline schedules, boarding procedures, and airport regulations.

- Assist with loading and unloading baggage when necessary.

- Maintain awareness of passenger safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

- Ability to walk, stand, push wheelchairs, and assist with lifting or carrying items as needed.

- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read, writes, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to 
random testing requirements.
