Working Student Digital Advertising – Ad Operations & Campaign Management (M/F/D)

What this role is about

You support the implementation and optimization of digital display advertising campaigns on PAYBACK.de and in the PAYBACK App. You are involved throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from preparation and coordination to execution and performance analysis, gaining hands-on experience in digital campaign and ad management.

Your day-to-day work

- You prepare campaigns for PAYBACK.de and the PAYBACK App, coordinate their implementation, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
- You monitor ongoing campaigns and advertising assets, optimize performance, and support the management of the ad server.
- You analyze campaign results, evaluate performance data, and help derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
- You take ownership of your own projects, such as maintaining and further developing our best practices, and actively contribute your ideas.

This role is a good fit for you if…

- You are currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field and will remain enrolled as a student for at least another 12 months.
- You have gained initial practical experience in digital marketing or have already familiarized yourself with digital advertising and campaign formats.
- You are confident working with Excel and can analyze numbers and campaign performance data in a structured way.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and can communicate effectively in German with a variety of internal stakeholders.

Compensation

- Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
- Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
- Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
- Working student (Master): €20 / hour
