You’ll be responsible for:

- Delivering projects against agreed plans and milestones.
- Managing budgets, programmes, risks and change.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Maintaining quality, governance and project records.
- Managing procurement and project handover activities.
- Driving digital, sustainable and responsible delivery.
- Directing teams to achieve project KPIs.

You’ll need to have:

- Proven experience in project management, managing small to medium sized projects.
- Developed communication, presentation and project planning and development skills (using appropriate tools).
- Developing budgetary oversight expertise.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in engineering, construction or related project management discipline.
