SYSTEMS ENGINEER LEVEL 3

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of engineering systems to include conception, design, development and operation through decommissioning.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer Level 3 must have:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
● Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Security clearance level: TS/SCI with poly
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements:
- Provide domain expertise throughout all software and process engineering phases
- Develop detailed design documents in the form of system Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), data-flow diagrams, and system/component-level design diagrams
- Integrate engineering specialties into the systems development process
- Develop and build metadata object and business logic models, provide data element dictionaries, create, document, and publish XML schemas, (ICDs, and Data Model Requirements)
- Provide system/equipment/specialized training and technical guidance

The likely salary range for this position is $202,683 - $274,219. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
