About this role

Job Title: Category Space Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Category Space Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing retailer and syndicated data, assisting in reset processes, and facilitating routine communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management skills and a keen ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Responsibilities

- Manage all retailer/syndicated data via Catalyst PowerBI.
- Cleanse data from retailer sources using ShelfIQ.
- Refresh Catalyst Data regularly.
- Update products, store lists, and captaincy within Catalyst Data Manager.
- Provide ad hoc assistance in cleansing planograms and loading Shelf Reporting Suites.
- Participate in retailer meetings and assist in preparing and presenting content.
- Distribute monthly insights/newsletter and holiday insights.
- Create internal and external content for regular meetings.
- Assist in region new hire training and onboarding.
- Submit best practices and monthly award nominations.
- Organize presentations, content, and best practices on Teams site.
- Manage reset timelines and processes for all accounts.
- Maintain a master file with relevant account information.

Essential Skills

- Bachelors degree with an emphasis in business or marketing.
- Strong familiarity with space planning software (JDA/Blue Yonder, Apollo, or Spaceman).
- Proven strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into action.
- High sense of accountability, ownership, and passion.
- Experience in project management and strong communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize multiple data points to create growth strategies.
- Familiarity with syndicated data and digital category management tools.
- 2+ years experience in category management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Beer, Wine & Spirits sales or category management is a plus.

Work Environment This is an in-office role where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and innovation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
